I couldn’t be happier with my experience living at Marshall Yards. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious (especially by Dublin standards)! The building also has absolutely brilliant facilities (love the gym, co-working space, safe bike shed, parking and garden for the kids) that make living here so convenient and enjoyable.

On a day-to-day basis, the experience is excellent. There is always someone available, and communication is very smooth and responsive.

A special thank you to Louise and Tutu who helped me find the perfect apartment adapted to my needs. I relocated to Dublin for a new job, and the whole team — Alex, Saul, Adam and George — as well as the security team are making the entire process incredibly smoot

We recently moved to Marshall Yards and we had an incredible experience with the move in process. Tutu was our agent that helped us and she was incredible from start to finish. We already feel at home and we appreciate the attentiveness throughout the entire move.

Everything is exceptionally well organized, the apartments are modern, spotless, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.

What really makes this place special is the community. They regularly organize fun events, making it easy to meet new people, and the building is genuinely one of the most dog-friendly places I’ve ever experienced. My dog Finn absolutely loves it here too, which means a lot to me.
